SUBJECT:   HCSIS 2018 / 2019 Fiscal Year Renewals



This notice is being sent to alert Service Coordinators and Providers that the Service Plan Review Unit is still in the process of reviewing the 2018 / 2019 Fiscal Year renewals in HCSIS.  Approximately 17% of this year’s Annual Review service plans have not yet been authorized.  While OLTL expects to be current in the next 3-4 weeks, Service Coordinators may submit Temporary Service Authorizations to Providers to ensure that services continue uninterrupted, and OLTL will approve any existing unincreased services retroactive to 7/1/18.  OLTL requests that Service Coordinators confirm that all participants’ Annual Reviews have been submitted for our review.  Public Partnerships (PPL) is receiving authorizations on a daily basisPlease contact [log in to unmask] with any concerns regarding a specific plan.
