The tentative agenda for this webinar is as follows: Overview of OLTL’s internal process related to service level complaints and grievances filed with the MCO and requests for service level fair hearings filed with the Department of Human Services to ensure CHC participant complaints, grievances and requests for fair hearings are being addressed and processed accordingly and timely.
