IMPORTANT NOTICE

 

Rescheduled - Managed Long-Term Services and Supports Subcommittee Meeting from June 6th to May 30th 

 

 

Due to the Southeast provider meetings being held in Philadelphia on June 4th through June 8th, the Managed Long-Term Services and Supports Subcommittee (MLTSS Subcommittee) meeting scheduled for June 6, 2018 has been rescheduled for May 30, 2018.  The May 30th MLTSS Subcommittee meeting will be held at the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Honor’s Suite, 1st Floor, 333 Market Street Tower, Harrisburg, PA 17126 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

 

We hope you are able to participate in the May 30th meeting.

Please share this email with other members of your organization as appropriate.  Also, it is imperative that you notify the Office of Long-Term Living for changes that would affect your provider file, such as addresses and telephone numbers.  Mail to/pay to addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers may be updated electronically through ePEAP, which can be accessed through the PROMISe™ provider portal. For any other provider file changes please notify the Bureau of Quality and Provider Management Enrollment and Certification Section at 1-800-932-0939 Option #1.
