Reminder:  Civil Money Penalty Grants – Request for Applications


The Pennsylvania Departments of Human Services, Health, and Aging will be accepting applications for the Long-Term Care (LTC) Grant Program beginning March 15, 2018 through April 15, 2018.  Applications submitted outside those dates will not be accepted. 


The grant application and instructions along with information on Pennsylvania’s LTC Grant Program, guidelines for applicants, the application and selection process, and how to apply for Pennsylvania’s LTC Grant Program can be found here.  Applications should be submitted to [log in to unmask].
