PA NF Assessment Program 1st & 2nd Quarter Assessment Past Due Payment Final Deadline April 6, 2018
The final deadline for past due submission of Nursing Facility Assessment payments for the 1st & 2nd assessment quarters for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2018 (for Quarter 1 April 1, 2017 – June 30, 2017 and
Quarter 2 July 1, 2017 – September 30, 2017) is April 6, 2018.
The Department of Human Services (DHS) will impose interest on unpaid assessments beginning the day after the assessment payment due date of February 28, 2018, unless the facility has an approved payment plan. Also, further delay may trigger the Department to notify the Department of Health to not renew your license.
NOTE: If you have already submitted your payment for the 1st & 2nd assessment quarters for FY 2017-2018, thank you.
